I am a native Seattleite through and through. I was born and raised in West Seattle and moved to the north end of Seattle at the age of 18. Since then, I have enjoyed living and investing in many local communities throughout the area including Ballard, Magnolia, Bitter Lake, Greenwood and Blue Ridge and the neighboring cities of Edmonds, Shoreline and Everett.
I became a Real Estate Broker and joined the Windermere team in 2005. My top priority is to always offer an exceptional level of professionalism coupled with outstanding knowledge of the Real Estate industry. Over the years I have taken many continuing education courses and have also earned the designations of Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) which is only held by 4% of Realtors.
Prior to real estate, my love for both people and animals drew me to the field of veterinary medicine where I worked as a licensed Veterinary Technician for 18 years. Although I was not yet a licensed broker, real estate still played a major role in my life as I bought and sold local investment properties during these years. Fortunately, many of my clients share my love of animals and have pets of their own. Guiding them through the transition of buying or selling a home, while also making sure all of their pets needs have been accounted for, is one of my greatest joys.
When I'm not working in real estate or managing my investment properties, you'll find me enjoying football, traveling, hiking, live theater, gardening, wine tasting and enjoying friends at my home. I also find great joy in supporting nonprofit organizations. Two of my favorites that I have supported for over 25 years are the Disabled American Veterans (DAV) and The Puget Sound Blood Center. If you, or someone you know are a nervous about giving blood for the first time, please just call me. I will personally come pick you up, give blood with you (if I can) and then take you back home. I'll do anything it takes to get you hooked on the thrill of paying it forward to save a life!
